DRY WASTE - Collected
in the transparent white bag provided by the City.
DIAPERS - Diapers for
babies and the elderly are to be delivered: using the transparent
white bas when dry waste is collected; using the red bag provided by
the City when organic waste is collected, placing the bag near the
organic waste garbage can.
ORGANIC WASTE - Placed in
mater-bi bags or bulk in the special green security garbage
cans in the following zones: Torri del Benaco (outskirts), Pai and
Albisano.In key-locked roadside garbage bins in the following
zones: the historic center of Torri del Benaco.
PLASTIC
- Collected in the transparent
yellow bags provided by the City.
PAPER AND CARDBOARD -
Collected in cardboard boxes, paper bags or tied in bundles.
BULKY WASTE - Call
the toll-free number 800734989 to book pick-up. This waste must
be placed on the main Street side according to instructions given by
the ecompany that will collect the waste.
Remember that it is obligatory, for door-to-door
collection of every type of waste, to position thebag or
container outside the home in the following way: The
evening before the collection date forecast in thè calendar for
the following zones: Torri del Benaco (outskirts), Pai and Albisano
In the morning between 6 A.M. and 9 A.M.
in the collection date forecast in the calendar for the following
zones: historic center of Torri del Benaco.
Collection using road side containers
GLASS AND TIN CANS - Glass, aluminum and
tinned containers must be disposed of in thè bell-shaped containers
placed throughout thè city. It is prohibited to put ceramics and
mirrors inside these containers. It is severely prohibited to piace
garbage bags outside thè containers.
BATTERIES AND MEDICINES - Batteries and medicines are to be disposed
of in thè specific containers placed throughout thè city.
